Christopher is a creative strategist and organization builder who, through his firm Narrative New York, works with top leaders in the finance, government, health care, and lifestyle industries to develop some of the world’s most important ideas.
Formerly, Christopher served as Chief Operating Officer and head of marketing for the Institute for New Economic Thinking, where he helped build a $150M+ global think tank (founded by George Soros, William Janeway, and Jim Balsillie) focused on rewriting economics as a means to better address society’s most vital challenges.
Christopher was previously a Director at the $2B Peter G. Peterson Foundation, which tackled the National Debt and overall fiscal health of the United States. Before that, Christopher was the first ever Creative Director in United States Government, leading communications and marketing initiatives for all 62 New York State Senators. Christopher was also Vice President of Housing Works, where he created the communications and outreach platforms for the largest community-based HIV/AIDS organization in the United States, itself an early pioneer of population health management.
Prior to working at issue-based organizations, Christopher spent nearly a decade in entertainment and consumer marketing, helping to launch brands for Pepsi, General Motors, Sony Entertainment, the National Football League, and Jay Z, among others.
Christopher serves on the board of Venture for America, and in his spare time is an internationally recognized event DJ, performing all over the world for clients including The Rolling Stones, Swarovski, and three United States Presidents.
